I have to say that I got lucky to come across Seoul Student Housing 42SHARE through Facebook when I was looking for renting. It has been now 1Year that I stayed here and I really like it. The managers are nice and reliable. Also I met new friendly people coming from Thai, Canada, Germany... The neighborhood is close to fun places like Hondae, Itaewon. and there are also many restaurants near 42SHARE. Overall the house is really comfy I would say. Seoul Student Housing 42SHARE is a very nice and quite residential house..me and my friend have been staying here for almost 6 months and for personal experience we can say that managers are always willing to help and friendly. Seoul Student Housing 42SHARE is a beautiful place to stay and a perfect place for abroad student who want a quite and comfortable place to live in. Also because is really near Sogang and Hongik university. Since me and my friend arrived here the managers and the roommates were always kind and helpful with us. If you have any problem and you will say it to the manager in 2 days or even the same day will be fix. Besides the neighborhood is really quite but if you like party Hongdae is just few subway station far from here.

We would like to point out that the CEO of Seoul Student Housing very kind and considerate person. In addition, he can arrange a shuttle from the airport to the hostel, he may recommend the most interesting places to visit in Seoul, often send discount coupons, etc. In our hostel manager also lives - a girl who will always help if you have any problems with housekeeping. Every six months the owner orders a complete cleaning of the house in a clearing service. This is also a huge plus, because they are completely washed out before the house shine: wash the windows, the walls in the bathroom, etc.
In the fall of 2016, I came back to Korea for a long time and, of course, stopped at his favorite residence. I recommend to everyone!
